After that it will be of no concern. I have sent you an encrypted file with the details, please go through asap so we can discuss any questions or issues that arise. I want everything to be in place by the end of this month," Jacob instructed to Andreas Makencraft over the web-video link.
"I am onto it, Jacob. I've got the file open now in front of me and reading... I can give my initial responses in an hour - will that be OK for you?," asked Andreas.
"Perfect, let's go!," Jacob exulted clasping his hands. This would be the maker or breaker.
The success of these parts in the game would affirm his beliefs or confirm his madness.
Without the bountiful riches provided by Wire-Serve, what Jacob was putting into place would be mere fantasies - but money talks - really talks - and one thing Jacob really enjoyed about this game was that it was exactly this greed that enabled his plans to unfold - plans that would eventually remove that very same greed. It always struck him as the greatest irony - to help people, in line with the great idealism of helping without hurting - action without negative reaction - which is so hard to come by these days - he actually had to be involved in the system. Be a part of it. It was kind of like Muslims who would invest into a financial system, or use the back-bone of existing financial systems aiming for profits - but would have a policy to not invest in un-islamic businesses.
Does it count that the American Dollar or the British Pound paid in Tax by pig-eating atheists was used by the government to build roads and infrastructure that the Muslims themselves used and needed to be able to even invest in the "Islamic" businesses? Or Christian Churches buying properties globally for more Churches, for that matter?
No, Jacob realised, to do greater good, it was necessary to use the tools and levers that society built and expected to be used "upon them" - at least until such a time came when it was possible to do stop doing so.

"You wish to set up multiple off-shore shell companies to make deals with on-shore companies that will in turn make deals with other on-shore and international companies. The owned on-shore companies will be purchased by the off-shore companies and provided with funds/investment capital to invest and buy into other companies. The on-shore companies are to have at least 10 years history working in relative obscurity but must be stable and have no bad luggage. You want the on-shore companies to start buying into certain listed technologies - and develop the technologies at breakneck speed to start getting major contracts.
Some of these technologies you wish to buy into are working at the highest level of government security, so it is necessary to have the owned on-shore companies become "new darlings" - and to make powerful releases in their respective fields with some seriously disruptive technologies to entice acquisition or M&A discussions.
Once it is considered common for these companies to be negotiating at all and the people in place to be entering the network and get some level of recognition, you want to slowly start buying the shares of said companies by the on-shore companies.
Once the companies are fairly intertwined, the on-shore companies will release the technology to the various governments for free in exchange for a highly confidential NDA that explicitly states that they may not make the free price public in any way.
You will use the same approach with every government across the globe so they believe they are the only ones getting such a special deal
The end goal is to infiltrate the various governments with high security warning systems and other particular technology.

"Nicely put. However, I have decided that the best way to deal with Iran and North Korea - which are absolutely essential elements of my plans - is to have in place some respected charities providing aid and infrastructure. We also need to set up a number of companies within each country to deal between themselves and the local issues - and they will be funded via the charities. We only need 6 months of this, so it is unlikely anyone person or group will realise until it is too late, anyway. The first key projects in each country is, of course, their subway systems and infrastructure. They will greedily accept the security systems that we will also be selling to the Americans, Europeans, British, Japan and South Korea. 6 months is our deadline for complete infiltration, Andreas - please make it happen."
"Got it, Jacob. I will provide you with regular reports of how things are going. Bye for now," Andreas said as his face immediately was replaced by the wall-video showing the yellow dandelion fields shuffling with the wind.
North Korea's impending missile launch was a blessing in disguise. Had they not released the rouse themselves, Jacob would have been forced to "have them do it" anyway. That missile was going to start Armageddon.
