Fring for mobile is very cool...

Fring is a pretty interesting application for mobile devices that melds together a number of communication services into one. In concept and technology it is not new as a few others have done this, but Fring brought it to the mobile device.

Fring also allows you to sign up to a SIP server - or provider partner that they have listed, such as VoipCheap.com. Therefore, you can very easily make cheap international calls via Wifi via your mobile device - or us Skype-out.
